Orders are shipped every Tuesday, and all orders placed by 5:00 PM (UTC−4) on Monday will be included in that week's shipment.
Please be aware that additional duties and taxes may apply depending on your region. Eila Muse is not responsible for these additional charges and will not accept returns or provide refunds for orders not received due to unpaid duties.
Import fees vary by country. To estimate the expected fees in your region, please consult your local customs office or an online duty calculator before placing your order.
Cross-border shipments may be subject to inspection and opening by customs authorities as required.
Every international shipment is made from Chile through FedEx.
