Orders are shipped every Tuesday, and all orders placed by 3:00 PM (UTC−3) on Monday will be included in that week's shipment.
During periods of high demand, our regular shipping schedule may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we carefully prepare your order.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimated in business days and begin once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

All international shipments are sent from Chile via FedEx.
Duties & Taxes

These charges are not included in the shipping fee paid at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. Eila Muse does not cover or reimburse any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country.

If an order is refused or returned to us due to unpaid duties or taxes, it will not be eligible for a refund.
