Returns

At Eila Muse, we value our customers and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please make sure to follow the guidelines below.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use will not be accepted.

We cannot accept items with makeup residue, stains, perfume or other odors, or any other signs of use. In these cases, we will not be able to accept the return.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are not covered by Eila Muse as part of the return process. The cost of shipping the item back to us is also the customer's responsibility.

If the return is due to an error made by Eila Muse, for example, if we sent the wrong color, size, or product, we will cover the return shipping costs. 

Once we receive your package, we will carefully inspect the item to make sure it meets our return conditions. If everything is in order, we will process a refund for the amount paid for the returned product.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error made by Eila Muse.

Return Process

1-. Send an email to contact@eilamuse.com with the subject line: "RETURN."

2-. Include your name and order number in the email.

3-. Once we receive your email, we will contact you within 2-3 business days to provide the address where you should send the package.

4-. You have 5 business days from the time we send you this information to ship the package.

5-. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product within 5 business days and if the item meets all of our return conditions, we will process your refund for the amount paid for the returned product.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances, including changes due to preference, size, color, or any other reason.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, you are welcome to place a new order after completing the return process for your original purchase.
